Interior Design Photo Analysis
Professional design analysis of your room, from one photo
Everything a designer needs to critique a room is visible in a good photograph: the proportions, the sightlines, the scale relationships, the light. RoomFix turns that photograph into a structured analysis — every issue identified, circled on the image, and paired with a fix.
It works for living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and home offices.
How the photo analysis works
The AI examines your photo the way a trained eye scans a room — in passes:
- A layout pass reads furniture arrangement, flow, and anchoring
- A placement pass measures art height, rug coverage, and lighting position against designer rules
- A styling pass evaluates palette cohesion, texture, clutter, and scale
- Each finding is plotted as a circle on your photo with a severity rating and a specific correction
Getting the best analysis from your photo
Shoot from a corner or doorway at chest height so the frame captures as much of the room as possible. Daylight is ideal; turn lamps on and overheads off if the room is dim. One wide shot beats several close-ups — the analysis reads relationships between pieces, and it needs to see them together.
What you get back
A ranked report in under a minute: layout fixes, placement fixes, style corrections, and exact product recommendations for anything missing. The See the Fix plan ($19) then renders your own photo with every fix applied — three design directions of the same faithful room.
